For weddings and large events, access times are agreed in advance with you and your suppliers as part of your tailored quote.
Cancellation Policy
All stays & group bookings
A deposit secures your dates, and the balance follows the payment schedule set out in your quote.
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable.
Date changes
We'll always do our best to move your booking to another available date subject to availability and at the prevailing rate. Get in touch as early as possible if your plans change.
Insurance
We strongly recommend wedding / event insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations on either side.
