How to Cancel
Cancel with the link in your confirmation email
If you need to cancel your booking, you can do so using the cancellation link provided in your booking confirmation email — it works at any hour, no phone call needed.
Cancellations are subject to the terms outlined at the time of booking. If you have any questions or require assistance, please contact us directly.
In Brief
What applies to which booking
Exclusive rental of the Big House
10% of the B&B value is non-refundable on booking (minimum €500). The cancellation charge rises to 50% from 6 months before arrival, and 100% from one month before.
Gardener’s Cottage
50% is payable on booking, with the remaining 50% due four weeks before arrival.
Weddings
A €2,000 booking deposit secures the date, followed by a further €3,000 six months before the wedding.
