Take the team somewhere without corridors of meeting pods. The Gallery seats up to forty in seminar style, the Morning Room takes fifteen for workshops, and the Library holds ten around a boardroom table. Full board for up to twenty means nobody leaves the estate all stay.
Between sessions there is soft archery on the lawn, kayaking and paddleboarding on the lake, guided estate walks and yoga — the kind of team building that does not need a facilitator with a lanyard.
