As a family, my husband and I, along with our immediate families celebrated a very special occasion in Temple House. From initial organising, Roderick was most helpful to me in all the planning. As for the weekend that we spent there, it was the most memorable for us as a family spending valuable time together, sharing stories and making new memories. The staff were very kind and helpful. The food was just right. The house itself was amazing. The setting was stunning. One of our youngest children said how she enjoyed staying all together in the giant house. What can I say! We stayed in temple house for two nights, with our family for our wedding which took place in Juniper Barn. From start to finish we enjoyed our stay - we received such a warm welcome and our whole group loved the house - so much history! Roderick was fantastic - it’s an amazing spot as they are there when needed but they also leave you to it to enjoy the house. We had dinner on one night, the food was amazing and the bar was fantastic! Thank you so much to Roderick and Helena for an incredible few days, if your thinking of booking it do it!

Lovely venue for a private event/celebration! Very fancy and special place. We throughly enjoyed our stay. The dogs were lovely and the owners were very friendly! We left two chargers and Roderick & Helena kindly posted them back to us across the country! Would reccomend and would love to come back!

We recently hosted a special event in Temple House and from the moment we arrived everything was perfect and we were made to feel welcome and at home in these stunning surroundings. The house itself is amazing, spotlessly clean and lovingly restored. The food was sensational and Roderick and his team were simply wonderful.  If you need a venue for any occasion I couldn’t recommend Temple House more! We feel very lucky to have spent a weekend in such a historical and beautiful home and it is something that our group will talk about for a very long time.

Had an amazing stay at Temple House for our daughter’s wedding.  We had everything booked, including the Cottage.  It was a perfect experience.  The grounds, the rooms, the house itself need to be seen to understand just how gorgeous the estate is.  Every detail was taken care of for the 2 night stay by Roderick and his staff.  The food was beyond incredible.  Rooms were so beautiful- most with attached bathrooms.  You could wander the grounds and get lost in their splendour. We are so very grateful to Temple House for making our daughter’s wedding pure magic.

Just got married at Temple House. I would give 10 stars if I could. Spectacular building, gorgeous estate, Roderick is an incredible host, the staff are wonderful, the food is incredible. I cannot say enough good things about Temple House. We came from Canada and are already planning to come back. Torontonians - if you want a luxury wedding and to not have to take out a mortgage to do so, Temple House is where to be.

We had the most perfect wedding at Temple House. With incredible weather, we had an outdoor ceremony at the end of April. The outdoor gardens and surrounding area are beautiful, the perfect setting for a magical day. We felt at ease as Roderick and George had everything completely under control. Roderick made planning the wedding day easy, with expert advice and suggestions. The house is stunning and completely private to the wedding party.The dining room is incredible for breakfast, and our wedding day meal, with high ceilings and big windows to let in lots of light. The newly refurbished bar is like it's own cosy speakeasy at one end of the house, and the many sitting-rooms with comfortable couches are perfect areas to sit down for a chat, or lounge in front of a fireplace. Being able to arrive the day before with our families to get settled and relaxed was ideal. The 10 rooms in the house for immediate family and friends are beautiful and very comfortable. The food was also amazing, with special care given to all dietary requirements of guests. All staff couldn't have been more attentive to us and all of our guests. Highly recommend, could not think of a better wedding venue!

We celebrated my sister’s hen party recently in the most gorgeous, idyllic setting of Temple House! Roderick was extremely helpful in the run up and during the weekend. He got back to all my queries really quickly and was extremely flexible with additional requests. He provided great contacts for hen party activities including a yoga session and sauna on the estate making organisation a breeze! We enjoyed a beautiful lunch and 3 course meal in the dining room which was spectacular! The bar provided the perfect spot for late night entertainment and music. An extremely special and incomparable location! Would highly recommend for a special event!
